QPQ will not only incentivize people to live healthily, but it will also encourage people to view health in a productive way, a way that is well positioned to complement the 21st century age of technology and health consumerism.
QPQ will establish a totally new form of personal health management, one that could easily operate as a subsidiary of an existing health company or insurance provider or even Google itself.
The central component of QPQ utilizes the current (and best of all proven) principles of modern cap-and-trade pollution emission control schemes such as that for sulfur dioxide (SO2). These schemes have worked well at reducing both SO2 levels and pollution-related costs. So I strongly believe that a similar conceptual system will work with health-related issues, ultimately decreasing disease and reducing sickness-related costs. Now, check out the "How" section.
